Our presentation this month is with Ralph Scherder of Dark Skies Fly Fishing on the legendary Patagonia area of Argentina. Ralph hosts guided trips to Argentina yearly; this is one of those “bucket list” fishing regions that will have you dreaming of jetting off to South America for a week!

Presentation – Ralph Scherder – Dark Skies Fly Fishing magazine
Ralph Scherder has won almost 30 awards for his writing and photography. His work frequently appears in American Fly Fishing, PA Angler & Boater, PA Outdoor News, Bowhunting.com, and many others. He has a passion for all things fly fishing, big woods whitetails, and writing about his many experiences and observations in the outdoors. He is a former board member and current active member of the Pennsylvania Outdoor Writers Association, where he has won numerous Excellence-in-Craft Awards sponsored by the PA Fish & Boat Commission, Trout Unlimited, Ruffed Grouse Society, and many others. He lives in Coudersport, PA, with his wife Natalie, two kids Sophia and Jude, and two dogs Trapper and Huckleberry Finn. He is the owner/editor/publisher of Dark Skies Fly Fishing magazine.
