Recognized as one of the leading authorities on catching snakeheads with a fly rod\, Fred has landed more than 1\,000 snakeheads\, cementing his reputation as a pioneer in targeting this misunderstood gamefish. Fly design innovator: Fred specializes in tying weedless flies\, crafted to reach fish living in dense cover. Tournament competitor: He has proven his skill in kayak tournaments\, earning three top‑ten finishes\, including a second‑place victory against conventional anglers why only using his fly rod. Our fearless leader in this regard\, Jim Coffey\, has helped organize this for years to reduce tree mortality until they’re large enough to fend for themselves. But he can’t do all the maintenance work himself\, so WE NEED YOUR HELP! \nWhen: Monday\, October 26th 9am\nWhere: 1389 Route 100 Barto PA 19504\nWhat we are doing: We will be using weed whackers and small pruning shears to clear vegetation\naround small trees.
